Aroma is a cross between the apple varieties Ingrid Marie and Filippa. Its flesh is crisp, with a sweet, mild and aromatic taste. Aroma is also Skåne’s provincial apple. From this popular apple variety we have created an apple must with an exquisitely nuanced flavour. Our Finest – apple must and cider produced in small volumes and available for a limited time.
