Twenty One Rosé

Here is a youthful, fruity and berry-rich wine with notes of peach, strawberries, cherries and blood orange. The wine is made from selected grapes from Riverland. The harvest took place in February/March 2020 and was done by machine, at night, so that the grapes would be as cold as possible when delivered to the winery. This helps preserve the grapes’ fresh fruitiness and avoids the risk of oxidation. Serve at 8-10°C as a social drink, an aperitif or with chicken, grilled fish and salads.
