“The Word Is the Greatest”
An apple must made from a blend of varieties from the Hällekås orchard.
Next to the cidery, right by the sea, lies Hällekås. This is where our neighbour Björn Ranelid lives – an apple grower, just like us. From the apples of our neighbour’s orchard we have made Björn Ranelid Paradise Must.
Thanks to its combination of apple varieties, the apple must has a well-judged balance between sweetness and acidity. Delicious with a buffet, salads or cakes.
“When my soul is tired, it rests on the petals of the apple blossom” – Björn Ranelid
