At our bistro, Kärnhuset, you can try most of our drinks, such as juice, cider (with or without alcohol), and other beverages. We also serve food if you’re hungry or just in the mood for a small treat. You’ll find sweet pastries, freshly ground coffee, and other delicious options.
There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors — on our cozy courtyard or among the beautiful espaliered apple trees. You can also take your food and drinks to go and enjoy them on a walk, in our visitor gardens, or down by the beach.
Well-behaved dogs on a leash are warmly welcome — both indoors and outdoors.

Äpplets Hus
Discover our knowledge center with the apple at its heart. Here, you can follow the Åkesson family’s journey through five generations and learn about the history of the apple, the path of apple juice from fruit to bottle, and how to best care for your own tree. At Äpplets Hus, you’ll also find the Golden Apple – our annual award honoring those who have done something exceptional in the service of the apple.

Stroll around and enjoy our various apple gardens. Here, you can see and experience 70 different apple varieties, beautiful espalier trees, 100-year-old trees, modern cultivation, and much more. Free admission.
