Cider Tasting
Njut av våra skånska cidrar tillsammans med en tallrik smårätter. Vår guide tar med dig genom ciderns historia och berättar hur vi på Kiviks Musteri jäst cider sedan 60-talet. Går du på en längre ciderprovning på kvällstid under helgen i Kivik får du även besöka vårt vinhus där vi på traditionellt vis jäser vår äppelmust till äppelvin som sedan framställs till cider. Precis likt de stora ciderländerna England och Frankrike gör, fast på vårt eget sätt och med våra skånska äpplen. Våra ciderprovningar äger rum på musteriet i Kivik och på Solnäs Gård.

Under en guidad tur får gruppen lära sig om äpplen, äppelodling, pollinering och lite om vår historia. En grupp består av max 25 personer.

In Kivik and at Solnäs Gård
Pruning Courses
Winter and spring are the best times to prune your apple trees.
Learn everything you need to know to care for your apple trees. Our apple tree expert will share their knowledge, beginning with a theoretical introduction before you get to practice your new skills using secateurs and a hand saw in the orchards.
During the day, you will learn the basics of both pruning and grafting. Food and drinks are included in the course fee. All necessary tools are provided on site. Please bring warm shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. We offer both half day and full day courses.
