At Kiviks Musteri, we believe true progress is born from curiosity and collaboration. Together with researchers, universities, and industry partners, we explore new methods and share knowledge that strengthens every step of the journey — from seed to finished beverage. Through joint projects, we aim to develop apple cultivation, preserve craftsmanship, and create the best conditions for the must and cider of the future.
Together for the future

How we preserve the Swedish apple

At Kiviks Musteri, we’ve been growing apples for five generations — and our love for the Swedish apple is just as strong today. We want future generations to be able to enjoy Swedish apples, must, and cider. Apple growing is a living cultural heritage, and we’re dedicated to passing on the craftsmanship and knowledge that make every harvest possible.

Our vision is to see more Swedish apples — and more growers turning them into must and cider of the highest quality. That’s why we work with networks and partners to share knowledge, develop the industry, and inspire more people to grow apples.

A vibrant Österlen

The place we call home holds a special place in our hearts — and we want to take care of it. Our goal is for our growth to help keep Österlen thriving, allowing our colleagues, suppliers, and their families to continue living and working here. That’s why we also support local cultural initiatives that contribute to a vibrant and sustainable community.

The Beneficial Insect Park

How can we support pollinators and beneficial insects in our orchards? That’s what we explore in our two "Nyttodjurpark" (Beneficial Insect Park) — one in Kivik and, since 2025, also at Solnäs Farm. Here, we demonstrate how flowers, stone piles, and insect hotels contribute to biodiversity and healthier orchards.
