Your rights as a customer
Here you can read our returns and complaints policy. We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your package. We do not include a return shipping label in our packages – regardless of the country of delivery. Below you will find information on how to proceed with a return, right of withdrawal, or complaint.
Would you like to return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your package.
Defective or damaged item?
Please contact our webshop/store and we will send you a return shipping label. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a service point. Please make sure to package the products you are returning carefully to prevent any damage during transport.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return of juice and cider accessories
In the event of a return of accessories for making your own juice and cider at home, no return shipping label is included. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Would you like to file a complaint about a faulty product?
To file a complaint about a faulty product, please contact us at konsumentkontakt@kiviksmusteri.se or fill in our complaint form on the website, and we will assist you with your claim. You can expect a refund for a faulty product within 10 business days.
