Factory Tour

We open the doors to our factory and invite you on a guided tour. Discover how our apples are pressed and fermented into juice and cider, and learn about the craftsmanship behind every step of the process.

Enjoy a glass and take home your favourite. Explore a range of apple juices from other Swedish juice producers. Will your favourite be a cloudy juice, a clear filtered juice, a single-variety juice, or a blend made from several apple varieties?
Apple Variety Identification

Have your own apples identified by our pomologists at the pomology tent next to the fruit market outside the Mustery Shop. To determine the variety, please bring at least three apples of the same kind. What variety is growing in your garden?
Pick Your Own Apples

Location: Between Karakåsgården and the sea (follow the signs on site)
Pick and purchase your own apples in our lush orchards. Take a ride out with our tractor and return with freshly picked apples to bring home.
Beneficial Insect Park

Visit our Beneficial Insect Park and learn more about biodiversity. We will show and explain how we work with sustainability in our orchards and across our operations.

Live Music

Time: 11 AM–3 PM & 1 PM–3 PM. Enjoy live music in our lush Heritage Orchard. On Saturday, 19 September, Skånska Visor will perform from 11 AM to 3 PM. On Sunday, 20 September, Olseröd Beach Orchestra will perform from 1 PM to 3 PM and invite visitors to join in a traditional sing-along.

Tractor & Trailer Rides

Enjoy a free tractor and trailer ride between the Kiviks Musteri car park, the Beneficial Insect Park, and our Pick Your Own Apple orchard. The shuttle service runs continuously throughout both days.
Apple Juice Tasting

Time: 11 AM. Sample some of our finest apple juices accompanied by carefully selected bites. Discover new flavours and get inspired by unexpected taste experiences.
Cider Tasting

Time: 1 PM. Sample some of our lightly alcoholic ciders, served with carefully selected bites. Discover new flavours and find your new favourite!
Apple Tasting

Time: 2:30 PM. Sample some of the apple varieties we grow in our orchards. Discover your favourite and take some home with you.
Shuttle Bus
Date: 19 & 20 September
Location: Kiviks Musteri Car Park
Hop on and off at any stop along the route. The shuttle bus runs continuously between Äppelhelgen at Kiviks Musteri, the Höstmarknaden in Kivik Harbour (stop at Kivik Square), and the Äppelmarknaden at Svabesholm. Departures from Kiviks Musteri every hour from 10:45 am to 5:45 pm on both days.
