Join us on a journey into the world of cider
Cider Tasting
Enjoy our Scanian ciders together with a plate of small dishes made from local ingredients. During the evening, our guide will take you through the history of cider and tell you how we at Kiviks Musteri have been fermenting cider since the 1960s. If you join a longer cider tasting in Kivik, you will also visit our wine house, where we traditionally ferment our apple must into apple wine, which is then crafted into cider — just like in the great cider nations of England and France, but in our own way and with our Scanian apples. Our cider tastings take place at the cider mill in Kivik and at Solnäs Gård.

In Kivik and at Solnäs Gård
Pruning Courses
Winter and spring are the best times to prune your apple trees.
Learn everything you need to know to care for your apple trees. Our apple tree expert will share their knowledge, beginning with a theoretical introduction before you get to practice your new skills using secateurs and a hand saw in the orchards.
During the day, you will learn the basics of both pruning and grafting. Food and drinks are included in the course fee. All necessary tools are provided on site. Please bring warm shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. We offer both half day and full day courses.
